Chili Mahi Mahi



Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter  
2 mahi mahi fillets, boneless  
¼ cup enchilada sauce  
Salt to the taste  
Black pepper to the taste  
1 cup water, for the pressure cooker  

Directions:
1- Put the water in your pressure cooker, add steamer basket, add mahi mahi fillets inside, drizzle melted butter, season with salt and pepper and spread enchilada sauce all over them.  
2- Cover pot, cook on High for 5 minutes.
3- Divide fish and sauce between plates and serve.
