Squash Porridge



Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 8 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients:
3 small apples cored  
1 small delicata squash  
1 and ½ tablespoon gelatin  
2 tablespoon slippery elm  
½ cup water  
1 and ½ tablespoons maple syrup  
A pinch of cinnamon powder
A pinch of ginger powder  
A pinch of cloves, ground  

Directions:
1- Put the squash and apples in your pressure cooker, add water, cinnamon, ginger and cloves, cover and cook on Manual for 8 minutes.  
2- Leave squash to cool down, transfer to a cutting board, halve, deseed and transfer to your blender.  
3- Add apples, water and spices as well and pulse really well.  Add slippery elm, maple syrup and gelatin, blend well, divide into 2 big bowls and serve for breakfast.
