Breakfast Banana Bread



Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 50 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients:
2 bananas, peeled and mashed  
½ tablespoon vanilla  
½ stick butter, soft  
¼ cup sugar  
1 cup flour  
1 egg  
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup water  
Cooking spray  

Directions:
1- In a bowl, mix banana puree with vanilla, butter, sugar, flour, egg and baking powder and stir well until you obtain a bread batter.  
2- Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray and pour bread mixture into it.  
3- Add the water to your pressure cooker, add the trivet, and loaf pan inside, cover and cook on High for 50 minutes.  
4- Divide breakfast bread into 2 plates and serve for breakfast.
