Chicken and Tomatillo Salsa



Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 28 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients:
4 chicken drumsticks, skin removed  
A pinch of salt and black pepper  
½ tablespoon cider vinegar  ½ teaspoon oregano, dried
½ teaspoon olive oil  
1 cup tomatillo sauce  
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1 small jalapeno, chopped  

Directions:
1- Add the oil to your pressure cooker, set on sauté mode, add chicken drumsticks, season with salt, pepper and oregano and brown for 4 minutes on each side.  
2- Add tomatillo sauce, jalapeno and half of the cilantro, stir, cover and cook on High for 20 minutes.
3- Add the rest of the cilantro, stir again, divide between 2 plates and serve.
